Job summary

Tata Technologies seeks a BIW Robotic Simulation Engineer for Pune to lead robot simulation activities and offline programming for BIW cells. You will build simulation cells, conduct reachability studies, validate tools, and optimize weld layouts and cycle times.

You will also configure RCS with simulation, generate downloads, and ensure quality and documentation per client standards. Candidates should be proficient with Robcad, Delmia V5 and Process Simulate, and comfortable working with Fanuc,

Qualifications

• Experience with BIW robot simulation and offline programming.
• Knowledge of BIW robot cell layout and cycle time optimization.
• Experience with RCS configuration and robot programming tools.
