SEGULA Technologies in India is seeking a Design Execution & Delivery Lead to drive the complete design and development cycle for Wheels, Wheel Covers, Rims, and Trim assemblies using UG NX. You will shepherd concepts through prototype and vehicle production, ensuring targets are met.

You will coordinate with design studios and suppliers to ensure proper fit and clearance across operating conditions, and lead testing plans (DVP&R, DFMEA) with KPI-based progress tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the complete design and development cycle for Wheels, Wheel Covers, Rims, and Trim assemblies using UG NX.
• Ensure on-time delivery of components from early concept through prototype and vehicle production/launch.
• Partner with the Product Design Studio and supply base to align styling requirements with manufacturing feasibility and engineering constraints.
• Coordinate with cross-functional vehicle architecture teams to ensure proper fit, form, function and clearance across vehicle operating conditions.
• Prepare technical source packages, technical specifications, and statement of work (SOW) documents; collaborate with Purchasing to evaluate and source suppliers.
• Establish, manage, and execute component-, sub-system-, and vehicle-level validation test plans (DVP&R, DFMEA) to verify structural integrity, durability, and functional targets.
• Monitor project progress using project management KPIs and C/W/I (Cost/Weight/Investment) efficiency metrics.
