Job summary

SEGULA Technologies in India seeks an experienced Vehicle Integration engineer focused on underbody systems. You will coordinate integration of front/rear subframes, suspension, steering, exhaust, fuel system, EV battery/underbody shields, brake lines, fuel lines and underbody covers; perform packaging, clearance, interface and CAD/DMU checks.

You will collaborate with Chassis, Powertrain, Body, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality and Suppliers; resolve fitment, NVH and thermal issues; support

• Work on integration of front/rear subframes, suspension, steering, exhaust, fuel system, EV battery/underbody shields, brake lines, fuel lines, and underbody covers.
• Perform packaging, clearance, interface, and CAD/DMU checks.
• Coordinate with Chassis, Powertrain, Body, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers.
• Resolve fitment, clash, clearance, NVH, thermal, and assembly issues.
• Support vehicle build, testing, validation, engineering changes, and issue closure.
• Ensure design, safety, manufacturability, and vehicle-level requirements are achieved.
