Job summary

Ababil Healthcare Pvt Ltd in India is seeking a field service technician to install and demonstrate medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on medical devices, troubleshoot issues, travel to customer sites, provide basic technical training, and maintain service reports and installation records.

Coordinate with the service, sales teams and customers to ensure equipment safety, functionality, and proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install and demonstrate medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance of medical devices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely equipment repair.
• Handle medical equipment such as ventilators, patient monitors, defibrillators, ECG machines, and other critical care devices.
• Conduct equipment demonstrations and provide basic technical training to customers.
• Attend customer service calls and maintain service reports, installation records, and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with the service team, sales team, and customers to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure equipment functionality, safety, and performance according to company procedures.
• Manage service tools, spare parts, and assigned company assets.
• Travel to hospitals and customer locations as required.
