You will lead lead generation, build strong customer relationships, and coordinate with R&D and production teams to tailor SU solutions.

The role focuses on achieving regional targets, developing strategic sales plans, and staying ahead of market trends to meet business objectives in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Estimate sales volume and profitability for existing and new products.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory.
• Generate new sales leads from pharma, biopharma, and injectable companies.
• Achieve regional sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Promote single-use (SU) products among key accounts in the pharma, injectable, and biopharma industries.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers.
• Meet R&D, technical, production, engineering, and procurement teams to understand requirements and promote suitable SU solutions.
• Work with R&D teams to validate single-use products for new molecule and filing projects.
• Develop and maintain a strong customer network within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Collect market intelligence and develop sales strategies based on product value, technical advantages, and customer requirements rather than price alone.
