TheArea Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, developing newbusiness opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and supportingdistributors within the assigned territory. The role requires strongconsultative selling skills to promote capital equipment and consumables todermatologists, plastic surgeons, cosmetologists, aesthetic physicians, andhospitals.
Sales& Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, andannual sales targets for capital equipment and consumables.
- Identify, qualify, and developnew business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Promote Spectra's portfolio ofaesthetic medical devices to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, cosmeticphysicians, hospitals, and aesthetic clinics.
- Develop and execute territorybusiness plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
- Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to order closure.
KeyAccount Management
- Develop and maintain strongrelationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospitals, corporate chains,and premium aesthetic clinics.
- Identify opportunities forcross-selling, upgrades, and repeat business.
- Ensure high levels of customersatisfaction through proactive engagement and timely issue resolution.
Product Demonstration & Clinical Support
- Coordinate and conduct productdemonstrations, workshops, CMEs, and hands-on clinical programs.
- Work closely with ClinicalApplication Specialists during installations and product launches.
- Support customers duringevaluation and trial phases to facilitate successful conversions.
- Monitor competitor products,pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Identify emerging businessopportunities and recommend strategic initiatives.
- Provide regular market feedbackto Sales and Marketing teams.
CRM& Reporting
- Maintain accurate customerrecords and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Submit daily call reports,weekly activity reports, monthly sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Prepare annual territorybusiness plans and revenue forecasts.
