Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking a Senior MEP BIM Specialist to deliver coordinated BIM models across international projects. You will collaborate with project engineers, BIM Leads and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery and maintain high standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and BIM 360 proficiency, with a passion for digital engineering and mentorship of junior professionals in a growing global consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across multidisciplinary MEP projects.
• Produce and review high-quality Revit models and project documentation.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project standards, quality requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate with engineers and project stakeholders across global offices.
• Support clash detection, model reviews and coordination using Navisworks.
• Manage BIM workflows, documentation and model standards.
• Delegate work to BIM/Revit technicians and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to BIM process improvements.
• Maintain strong communication with project teams to ensure delivery.

What you'll be doing

As a Senior MEP BIM Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering coordinated BIM models while ensuring quality, accuracy and timely project delivery. You'll work closely with project engineers; BIM Leads and multidisciplinary teams to support successful project execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading BIM coordination across multidisciplinary MEP projects.
• Producing and reviewing high-quality Revit models and project documentation.
• Ensuring BIM deliverables meet project standards, quality requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinating with engineers and project stakeholders across global offices.
• Supporting clash detection, model reviews and coordination using Navisworks.
• Managing BIM workflows, documentation and model standards.
• Delegating work to BIM/Revit technicians and providing technical guidance.
• Supporting the development and mentoring of junior team members.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of BIM processes and best practices.
• Maintaining strong communication with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

What we're looking for

We're looking for professionals who combine strong technical capability with excellent coordination and communication skills.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Proven experience delivering MEP BIM projects within the building services industry.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360 and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models.
• Good understanding of MEP engineering principles and design coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is highly desirable.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and digital engineering.
