Job summary

Eminence HR in Bengaluru, Karnataka is seeking a BIM Quantity Surveyor Civil with at least 1 year of experience to handle quantity take-offs, BOQs, and BIM-based estimation.

You will review drawings, develop estimates, assist in budgeting, coordinate with Architects, Engineers and QS teams, and support tender documentation. Candidates with Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering and knowledge of Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience in BIM, Quantity Surveying, Estimation or Cost Management preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Civil / BIM / Quantity Surveying.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and BOQs from BIM models and drawings.
• Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings for quantity estimation.
• Develop and maintain quantity estimates using BIM-based workflows.
• Assist in cost estimation, rate analysis and project budgeting.
• Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, QS teams and project consultants.
• Identify discrepancies between drawings, BIM models and BOQs.
• Support tender documentation, material take-offs and cost comparisons.
• Track quantity variations and assist in preparing variation statements.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy of quantity data.
• Participate in project/site coordination as required.

Qualification

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Civil / BIM / Quantity Surveying.
• Candidates with experience in construction or real-estate projects will be preferred.
• Male & Female candidates are eligible.
• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period can be preferred.

Compensation

CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Based on experience, technical skills and interview performance.
