Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QS & Estimator specializing in Architecture, Interior Design, BIM, and MEP, based in Bengaluru. The role involves preparing accurate quantity surveys, cost estimates, and project budgets. Responsibilities include evaluating project specifications, conducting cost analysis, preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and coordinating with design teams. The role also requires engaging with contractors and suppliers for project costing and ensuring effective financial management throughout the project lifecycle.
