Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a BIM Engineer to develop and manage 3D BIM models per BEP and client requirements. You will create parametric BIM models, extract drawings and quantities, and ensure data consistency across project documents.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years of experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Collaboration with engineers and project leads is essential for design accuracy and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
• Basic interdisciplinary knowledge (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
• Developing models according to BEP and client requirements.
• Adherence to company standards, naming conventions, and modeling guidelines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Create and update 3D parametric BIM models.
• Extract drawings, sections, schedules, and assist quantity surveyors by extracting quantities from the BIM model.
• Inputting and managing asset data, specifications, and parameters.
• Maintaining object libraries and family components.
• Updating project databases with accurate information.
• Ensuring consistency between model data and project documents.
• Support clash detection and issue resolution processes.
• Coordinate with engineers and leads for design accuracy.
