Job summary

Facade Today is seeking a Senior Modeler - BIM to independently handle BIM modeling tasks, provide technical guidance to junior modelers, and ensure model quality and coordination.

You will develop and manage discipline-specific BIM models, validate models for clashes, and assist in drawing and BOQ extraction for project documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical.
• English and regional language proficiency preferred.
• 5–8 years of BIM modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage discipline-specific BIM models.
• Conduct model validation, quality checks, and ensure clash-free models.
• Extract drawings, BOQs, and support project documentation.
• Mentor junior modelers and ensure adherence to BIM standards.
• Coordinate with BIM leads and engineers for project deliverables.
