Job summary

INTEC INFRA Technologies in Gurugram is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to develop detailed reinforcement detailing in BIM models using Revit. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate structural representations and coordinate models across disciplines for multi-story projects on international assignments.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of BIM experience, strong Revit skills, and a solid grasp of structural modeling and detailing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of BIM modeling experience with reinforcement detailing.
• Proficiency in Revit Software; Tekla Structure is a plus.
• Experience on multi-story projects for international clients (USA, UK) preferred.
• Strong understanding of structural modeling and detailing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Develop detailed BIM models using Revit Software, focusing on reinforcement modeling & detailing.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler specializing in reinforcement detailing, with a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Revit Software is essential; experience with Tekla Structure is a plus.
• Experience in working on multi-story projects (Residential, Commercial, Parking Structures, etc.) for international clients from regions such as the USA, UK, etc.
• Strong understanding of structural modeling & detailing principles and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
