Job summary

Aerocraft Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. based in Ahmedabad is hiring a Revit BIM Modeler to work on US-based Architecture, Engineering and Construction projects across residential, commercial, healthcare and educational buildings.

Primary duties include hands-on Revit work, BIM design tasks, and producing shop drawings as per client and team leader specifications. You will coordinate 3D models, meet tight deadlines, and support BIM standards development and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in BIM projects.
• Bachelor/Master/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience of using Autodesk AEC package - AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks etc.
• Ability to do QC and read architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Hands on working knowledge in Revit Software.
• Use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to perform design task.
• Produce shop drawings as per details given by clients/ team leader/ engineer.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and can handle projects in team as well as individually.
• Should have firm knowledge from LOD 100 to 500.
• Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement.
• Coordinate 3D models to resolve collisions with other disciplines using Navisworks.
• Lead and participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Making sure quality standards and checklists are followed for every project.

We are hiring for the position of Revit BIM Modeler for one of the sister companies, namely United BIM, to work on US based projects –residential buildings/Commercial Buildings/Healthcare buildings/Educational buildings etc.

Job Location:

• Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)

Shift Timings:

• Morning (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM) or Evening (06:00 PM to 03:00 AM)
• Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays Working)
• Work from office only
