Job summary

Neilsoft is seeking a BIM Architect in Pune with 1-5 years of experience to work on international architectural projects. You will develop BIM models in Revit, compile construction documentation, and coordinate with structural and MEP teams for clash-free models.

The role requires strong modeling skills, BIM standards knowledge, and the ability to deliver within timelines. Prior experience on US/UK/Middle East projects is a plus.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Architect with hands‑on experience in Revit and BIM workflows to work on international architectural projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural modeling, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.

• Develop Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare SD, DD, CD, GFC, and Construction Documentation.

Required Skills

• B.Arch / M.Arch.
• 1-5 years of experience in BIM Architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in BIM Modeling, Construction Documentation, and Coordination.
• Knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360, or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of LOD, BIM standards, and architectural detailing.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience on US, UK, or Middle East projects is preferred.
