Job summary

Sudarshan CADD Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated BIM Engineer to join our growing BIM team in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on creating, developing, and coordinating 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring high-quality drawings and project documentation.

You will collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams, perform clash detection, enforce BIM standards, and guide junior BIM Modelers while meeting deadlines on international projects.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of engineering and architectural drawings.
• Strong knowledge of BIM concepts and 2D/3D modelling.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and modify 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD.
• Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams for model integration.
• Perform and support clash detection, model review, and coordination activities.
• Review BIM models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
• Maintain accurate project files, models, drawings, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members when required.
• Identify and resolve modelling, coordination, and documentation issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and modify 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD
• Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams to ensure proper model integration
• Perform and support clash detection, model review, and coordination activities
• Review BIM models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and completeness
• Maintain accurate project files, models, drawings, and documentation
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members when required
• Identify and resolve modelling, coordination, and documentation issues

Required Skills
