Job summary

Axium Global Pvt Ltd invites an experienced BIM Designer Electrical (MEP) to join our expanding team in Thane/Andheri. You will develop accurate, coordinated electrical BIM models for global projects across the UK, USA, Australia, and UAE, collaborating with architects, engineers and consultants.

The role requires strong Revit MEP and Navisworks skills, a solid understanding of electrical design, and hands-on experience with lighting and power layouts, single-line diagrams, and clash

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field; ITI/NCTVT considered.
• 2–5 years of BIM/MEP design experience.
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks; familiarity with electrical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
• Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation as per project requirements.
• Coordinate electrical services with mechanical, plumbing, and fire systems for seamless integration.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks.
• Ensure all electrical designs comply with international standards, building codes, and client specifications.
• Work closely with project managers, consultants, and architects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and update BIM models regularly to maintain project accuracy and quality.

About the Role:

Axium Global is looking for a skilled BIM Designer Electrical (MEP) to join our growing MEP team. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate, coordinated, and code-compliant electrical BIM models for global projects across the UK, USA, Australia, and UAE. This role offers an opportunity to work in an international delivery environment with architects, engineers, and consultants on diverse building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
• Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation as per project requirements.
• Coordinate electrical services with mechanical, plumbing, and fire systems for seamless integration.

Eligibility:

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• ITI/NCTVT certification in Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing drafting can also apply.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant BIM/MEP design experience.
