Axium Global Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai hires a BIM Designer – Electrical (MEP) to develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models and technical docs for electrical systems on flagship projects.

You will coordinate with MEP teams, architects, engineers and international clients from our Andheri Delivery Centre. The role requires BE/BTech or ITI/NCTVT Draftsman with 3–5 years’ BIM experience; familiarity with BIM coordination and international project standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• ITI/NCTVT certification also considered with relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical design with hands-on BIM modelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and other electrical systems.
• Coordinate electrical designs with Mechanical, Plumbing, and other disciplines to minimize clashes.
• Prepare construction documents, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using BIM software.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, and other stakeholders.

Job Description

The BIM Designer – Electrical (MEP) will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed 3D BIM models and technical documentation for electrical systems in building projects. The role involves coordinating with MEP teams, architects, engineers, and international clients to ensure accurate and clash‑free project delivery.

The position is based at Axium Global’s Delivery Centre, Andheri, Mumbai, working on flagship projects for leading MEP design consulting firms across the UK, USA, Australia, and UAE.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models for lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and other electrical systems.
