Qualifications

• Experience with BIM/VDC for Infrastructure, Power, Renewable Energy, Substation and EPC projects.
• Develop BIM models across Structural, Architectural, MEP and Site disciplines.
• Set up BIM workflows using Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM360.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models for Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Site disciplines.
• Review drawings, RFIs, specs, and docs to update models accurately.
• Set up BIM workflows with Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM360 and related tools.
• Perform model quality checks and ensure timely delivery.

The candidate will be responsible for developing BIM models, implementing BIM processes, and supporting project teams with high-quality 3D/4D visualization and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models for Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Site disciplines.
• Review drawings, RFIs, specifications, and project documents to update models accurately.
• Set up and implement BIM workflows using Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM360, and related tools.
• Perform model quality checks and ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
• Generate high-quality visualizations and renders using Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion.
• Support 4D BIM planning and construction sequencing activities.
• Explore automation opportunities to improve BIM productivity.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders for successful project execution.
