Job summary

Neev is seeking experienced BIM Architects and BIM Structural Engineers with 2–4 years in Revit-based BIM environments. You will deliver accurate BIM models, coordinate across Architecture, Structure, and MEP, and ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities include developing detailed Revit models, producing construction drawings, conducting clash detection, and supporting QA/QC. Familiarity with LOD workflows and international projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in technical design, detailing, or construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and coordination workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit is mandatory.

• Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on international (US/UK) projects.
  
• Familiarity with LOD standards, BIM workflows, and QA/QC documentation.
  
• Working knowledge of 4D Simulation, Dynamo, automation plugins or AI-driven BIM workflows is a strong plus.
