Job description

We are looking for an experienced BIM Lead to manage BIM teams, coordinate multidisciplinary models, maintain BIM standards, and ensure high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, BIM coordination, clash detection, and BIM management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 510 BIM Engineers/Coordinators.
• Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and BIM workflows.
• Manage BIM standards and ACC/BIM 360.
• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection using Revit and Navisworks.
• Conduct model audits and ensure LOD, quality, and project standards are maintained.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and track clash resolution.
• Review BIM models, shop drawings, RFIs, design changes, and as-built models.
• Prepare BIM reports, quantity take-offs, and support 4D/5D BIM.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Mentor BIM Engineers and ensure project milestones are delivered on time.
