Job summary

Facade Today is seeking a BIM Coordinator for Architecture in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and coordinating BIM models across the project lifecycle, ensuring clash-free coordination among architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, and producing precise drawings in line with standards.

The candidate should have 6–9 years of hands-on BIM experience, strong Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks skills, and a track record of coordinating large-scale projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM models through the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project coordination and timely delivery.

Job Title: BIM Coordinator - Architecture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 6 - 9 years of hands‑on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of architectural, MEP, and related construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of building construction methodologies and BIM standards.
• Experience in BIM coordination for large-scale commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and high-value infrastructure projects.
• Ability to perform clash detection, model coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration using BIM tools.

Key Responsibilities:
