Job summary

SKB ENGINEERINg in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a skilled MEP BIM modeller to support detailed 3D BIM modelling using AutoCAD and Revit across HVAC, electrical, PHE and fire protection services.

You will contribute to project delivery by creating sections, schedules, fabrication drawings, and managing multiuser Revit worksharing. Strong communication and problem‑solving are essential to coordinate with on‑site teams and clients for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit for 3D BIM modelling.
• Experience with BIM360/ACC for MEP projects.
• Detail modelling for HVAC, Electrical, PHE and Fire protection.
• Ability to manage on-site client interactions and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Perform clash analysis within services and resolve clashes.
• Prepare project setup in REVIT MEP.
• Create fabrication drawings, shop drawings and GFC drawings.
• Generate sections, schedules and 3D views from models.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit 3D BIM modeling
• BIM360/ACC experienced MEP modeller.
• Detailed modelling for HVAC, Electrical, PHE & Fire Protection service support structure Modeling.
• Expert level in creating AutoCAD drawings for MEP support structure.
• Expert level in creating & editing the MEP Revit Families with Parameters.
• Detailed modelling & drafting for MEP- HVAC, Electrical & PHE services with Sections, 3D views, enlarged views, Annotation, and Detailing Quantity schedules, templates, Title sheet setting etc.
• Performing clash analysis within services & for all other services & solving the clashes if any.
• Preparation of Project Setup in REVIT MEP.
• Creating Multiuser work sharing environment in Revit MEP.
• Conversion of Revit models to other formats such as CAD, DWF & PDF.
• Generating sections/schedules/schematics in models.
• Hands on experience creating Fabrication drawings, Shop Drawings, GFC Drawing and Combined Drawing.
• Self-motivated talent management characteristics with problem solving skills
• Strong interacting skills with clients on-site and managing deliverables to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Efficient communication skills with good presentation, negotiation and relationship characteristics.
• Ability to consistently work independently
• Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns to the manager.
