Job summary

Sobha Realty is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation across its Hyderabad projects, ensuring coordinated design delivery, digital workflows and seamless collaboration among consultants, contractors and internal teams.

You will develop BIM standards, BEP and EIR, manage multidisciplinary coordination and model delivery across Architecture, Structure, MEP, Landscape and Interior disciplines, and oversee compliance with ISO 19650 and ACC/BIM 360 platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• 10–15 years in architecture with 10+ years in BIM leadership.
• BIM experience on large GCC residential, commercial or mixed-use projects.
• Experience with Revit, Navisworks or Solibri, IFC, and a major CDE like ACC.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM standards, protocols, EIR and BEP.
• Manage multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
• Oversee BIM models across Architecture, Structure, MEP, Landscape, and Interiors.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and company BIM requirements.
• Support design, construction, planning, and project delivery teams.
• Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360) and digital workflows.
• Conduct model audits, QA/QC reviews, and consultant compliance checks.
• Check as-built architectural models and asset data before handover and report gaps to the BIM Manager.

Role purpose

Key responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
• Oversee BIM models across Architecture, Structure, MEP, Landscape, and Interiors.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and company BIM requirements.
• Support design, construction, planning, and project delivery teams.
• Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360) and digital workflows.
• Conduct model audits, QA/QC reviews, and consultant compliance checks.

Requirements

Essential

Desirable: Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Dynamo, Civil 3D, Solibri, Revizto, and Power BI.
