Qualifications

• 7+ years of BIM experience, including leadership roles.
• Senior BIM Modeler or Team Lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM Modelers and oversee daily modeling activities.
• Develop, review, and maintain BIM models per project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP models across teams.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Ensure BIM models meet LOD 400 and LOD 500 standards.
• Review model accuracy, naming conventions, and BIM standards.
• Create, modify, and manage Revit Families per project needs.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, and team productivity.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to BIM staff.
• Resolve modeling and coordination issues.
• Support BIM Managers and Project Managers in execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality BIM models.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM Modelers and oversee daily modeling activities.
• Develop, review, and maintain BIM models according to project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP models with multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Ensure BIM models meet required LOD 400 and LOD 500 standards.
• Review model accuracy, detailing, naming conventions, and BIM standards.
• Create, modify, and manage Revit Families as per project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, and team productivity.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to BIM Modelers.
• Identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues.
• Support BIM Managers and Project Managers in project execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate and high-quality BIM models.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Revit Family Creation and Family Management.
• Strong experience with Navisworks Manage and clash coordination.
• Hands‑on experience with LOD 400 and LOD 500 projects.
• Good understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes.
• Strong team leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with GCC and Australian projects will be an advantage.

Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant BIM experience, including experience in a Senior BIM Modeler or Team Lead role.
