Job summary

BIM Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (BIMGS) invites an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our Chennai on-site team. You will create and manage BIM processes, develop construction drawings, and coordinate with Architecture and Structural groups while guiding the MEP team.

Candidates should have an engineering degree or diploma and a minimum of ten years in BIM, with hands-on Revit and Navisworks proficiency, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Coordinator located in Chennai, India. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, developing construction drawings, and collaborating with Architecture and Structure teams and lead the MEP teams. Selected candidates will be interacting with the clients and should be knowledgeable in his domain. The role also involves coordinating within multidisciplinary teams, ensuring accuracy in BIM models, and resolving design conflicts in alignment with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in the field of Engineering

Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and hands-on experience in Revit and Navisworks
• Knowledge of Construction Drawings and the ability to interpret and create technical design documentation
• Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination and integration
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Previous experience in BIM processes and large-scale projects is mandatory
• Candidates with Minimum of ten (10) years of experience is preferred
