Job summary

Arth in Hyderabad seeks a Lead BIM Coordinator ACS with 5+ years of professional experience to lead project teams across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. You will oversee BIM implementation, coordinate with clients, and drive QA/QC oversight to ensure timely project delivery.

Responsibilities include managing resources, leading BIM execution, developing Dynamo scripts, and mentoring new hires while coordinating with international offices and adhering to global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in BIM industry.
• High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
• Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Coordinate with the Singapore office, clients, and consultants for BIM modelling, reports, and deliverables.
• Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
• Support recruitment activities and deliver technical orientation sessions for new hires.
• Develop, manage, and optimize Dynamo scripts, while training team members in their usage.
