Job summary

Arth is seeking a full-time BIM Coordinator in Hyderabad with 3+ years of BIM experience. You will develop BIM protocols, Execution Plans, and ensure model correctness while coordinating cross-disciplinary teams. Proficiency in REVIT and Navisworks is required; Dynamo knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a full-time BIM Coordinator, with a minimum of 03+ years of work experience. He/she will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM protocols and Execution Plansand other documentation while coordinating work information flows. To guarantee efficiency and

effectiveness of the organization’s digitized processes and be responsible for verifying the

correctness and consistency of the BIM model. In addition to having knowledge of the software supporting the BIM Manager’s activities, must have an in-depth competence in the BIM tools for

verification, collaboration and coordination of activities, the use of data sharingenvironments (such as cloud platforms), tools for clash detection, code checking and workflow management that allow following any work process is fundamental.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing submissions and ensuring properQA/QC protocols are implemented.
• Responsible for managing and planning Look ahead plans.
• Responsible for weekly ModelReview and qualitycontrol by fillingthe “Weekly RevitModel Health Checklist”.
• Responsible for giving input on space planning, specifications, requirements and scope of work for the discipline team.
• Responsible for advising the team on best practices.
• Responsible for facilitating trainingdocumentation for basic and advancedcoordination.
• Responsible for assisting both internal and external team members in the development of construction documents and as-built document creation and maintenance.
• Responsible for workingside by side with teams in-house and external teams to complete BIM projects.
• Responsible for all deliverables as per schedule.
• Should be familiar with all the disciplines, mainlyin Architecture, Structure & MEP.
• Point of contact and BIM expert responsible for the development, implementation and management of BIM.
• Execution Plan, BIM strategies, processes and standardsfor his discipline/area of design works.

Qualification

• Bachelor or Master’sdegree in Architecture
• 3+ yearsof experience in the BIM Industry.
• High level of proficiency with REVIT, Navisworks.
• Passionate, detail-oriented with a strongwork ethic, someonewho meets deadlines consistently and can handle an extensive volume of projects.
• Knowledge of other relatedsoftware like Dynamo is an added advantage.
