Job summary

Latinem in Hyderabad, India is seeking a BIM Architect to translate design into detailed drawings for DD and IFC, coordinating with Architecture, Structure, MEP and Landscape teams.

Candidates should hold B.Arch or B.Tech Civil or D.Arch with 2-10 years of experience and proficiency in Revit/BIM, CAD, SketchUp and Office. You will participate in weekly progress meetings and ensure compliance with SOBHA standards and project codes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit/BIM software and CAD tools required.
• SketchUp skills needed for modeling and visualization.
• Strong knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, produce & submit DD & IFC drawings with design intent captured as instructed.
• Maintain quality by applying technical knowledge from Leads.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, MEP and Landscape teams as directed.
• Translate design into working details and ensure productivity on tasks.
• Flag productivity deviations to team lead to adjust deliverables.
• Attend internal weekly progress meetings with team leads.
• Study SOBHA standards and project-specific details.
• Understand local codes and authority requirements in coordination with Team lead.

Job description

Role: BIM Architects

Responsibilities

• Preparation, Production & Submission of Projects Detailed Design (DD) & Issue for Construction (IFC) drawings and details, with the right capturing of design intent as instructed by the team lead.
• Maintain quality with acquiring the right technical knowledge from the Leads.
• Understanding the coordination with all Trades especially Architecture, Structure, MEP and Landscape from the Team lead and work accordingly.
• Design translation into working details as discussed and instructed by the team lead and ensuring the required productivity on the assigned task.
• Any productivity deviations due to any factor to be informed to the team lead and achieve the deliverables on time or get revised deliverable time.
• Attend internal weekly progress meetings conducted by the team leads.
• Study and get the full awareness of typical details and SOBHA Standards.
• Basic awareness of code and authorities requirements related to Project location in coordination with the Team lead.
