Job summary

Sweco in Gurgaon is seeking a BIM Architect with 3–5 years of professional experience to work on Nordic projects. You will lead Revit modelling across design stages, coordinate with architecture, structure and MEP teams, and help implement the BIM Execution Plan.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering, with hands-on experience in Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering.
• 3–5 years of professional BIM Architect experience, with international exposure.
• Experience working in Swedish or Nordic environments.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain Revit models across design stages.
• Coordinate with architecture, structure, and MEP teams to ensure model alignment with BIM Execution Plan.
• Develop and maintain Revit families, templates, and libraries.
• Demonstrate strong BIM coordination, model management, and data exchange.

About the Role

We are looking for a proficient BIM Architecture with min 3 to 5-years professional experience from similar industry to join our team in Gurgaon majorly with Finland projects.

Responsibilities

• Revit Modelling: Create, manage, and maintain highly detailed architectural Revit models across all design stages
• BIM Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, structure, MEP) to ensure model integration, accuracy, and alignment with the BIM Execution Plan
• Template & Family Development: Develop and maintain Revit families, templates, and libraries that meet company and project standards.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination, model management, and data exchange

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, Architectural Engineering
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a BIM Architect international experience, with health care, data centers, housing, terminals etc.
• Previous experience working in Swedish or Nordic.

Required Skills

• Master Auto CAD Civil 3D, Revit, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign , Adobe Photoshop
