Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking a skilled BIM Architect in Noida with 3-5 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling and documentation. You will develop and coordinate BIM models for multiple projects, ensuring compliance with project standards and delivery timelines.

The role requires strong Revit Architecture skills, knowledge of BIM workflows, and experience coordinating with Structural and MEP disciplines. Collaboration across project teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of BIM Architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
• Good understanding of BIM workflows and architectural modeling.
• Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction documentation.
• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Understanding of LOD, BIM standards, model setup, and quality checks.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD; Navisworks experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design/modeling clashes through BIM coordination.
• Prepare BIM documentation, sheets, schedules, and model-based deliverables.
• Ensure models comply with BIM standards, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and quality procedures.
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and model audits.
• Support BIM deliverables across multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and project teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled BIM Architect with 3-5 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating BIM models for multiple projects while ensuring compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities
