Job summary

Surbana Jurong in Noida invites a BIM Architect with 3–5 years of experience to join our architectural BIM modeling and documentation team. You will develop and coordinate BIM models across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project standards and schedules.

The role emphasizes strong Revit skills, coordination with structural and MEP disciplines, and rigorous adherence to BIM workflows and quality checks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of BIM Architecture experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, and coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Identify and resolve BIM clashes.
• Prepare BIM documentation, sheets, schedules, and model-based deliverables.
• Ensure models comply with BIM standards, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and quality procedures.
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and model audits.
• Support BIM deliverables across multiple projects and meet agreed project timelines.
• Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and project teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled BIM Architect with 3–5 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating BIM models for multiple projects while ensuring compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentation.
• Interpret architectural drawings, design information, and project requirements.
• Coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design/modeling clashes through effective BIM coordination.
• Prepare BIM documentation, sheets, schedules, and model-based deliverables.
• Ensure models comply with project-specific BIM standards, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and quality procedures.
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and model audits.
• Support BIM deliverables across multiple projects and meet agreed project timelines.
• Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and project teams.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
• Good understanding of BIM workflows and architectural modeling.
• Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction documentation.
• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Understanding of LOD, BIM standards, model setup, and quality checks.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD; Navisworks experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant BIM Architecture experience.
