Job summary

Surbana Jurong in Noida is seeking a BIM Architect to develop BIM models and CAD drawings, coordinating with multiple disciplines and delivering construction documentation from SD to IFC. You will work with Revit, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and Lumion to create compelling visuals and specifications for client review.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of BIM experience, a B.Arch, and a solid understanding of codes, standards, and CDE/ACC workflows.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional experience in BIM/architectural design.
• Proficiency with Revit and CAD drawings across SD/DD/IFC/GFC stages.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and codes.
• Ability to coordinate disciplines and communicate design intent.

Responsibilities

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Model & Drawing Development: Develop, update, and review Revit models and CAD drawings under the guidance of the Project Lead, ensuring accurate interpretation and integration of design intent across disciplines.
• Documentation: Prepare, manage, and revise comprehensive architectural documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings in accordance with project stages such as SD, DD, IFC, and GFC, while maintaining compliance with established standards.
• Project Execution: Deliver well-coordinated design and construction documentation, including preparation of specifications, tender documentation, and construction-stage deliverables.
• Presentation & Visualization: Produce high-quality 2D and 3D presentations, BIM models, rendered views, and conceptual sketches to effectively communicate design intent and support client presentations.
• Software Proficiency: Demonstrate strong working proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and visualization tools such as Lumion, along with practical experience in Common Data Environments (CDE) and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) workflows.
• Construction Knowledge: Possess sound technical understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and detailing practices to support design development and coordination.
• Standards & Regulations: Exhibit strong knowledge of applicable building codes, regulations, and international standards, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
