Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a BIM Architect in Noida with 4-5 years of experience and a B.Arch qualification. The role requires developing and updating Revit models and CAD drawings under project lead guidance, producing high-quality BIM visualizations and coordinating design across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Develop and review Revit models and CAD drawings under the guidance of the project lead.
• Deliver well-coordinated design and construction documentation including specifications and tender docs.
• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D presentations, BIM models, rendered views and conceptual sketches.
• Have strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and detailing practices.
• Know building codes, regulations and international standards to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Execution

Deliver well-coordinated design and construction documentation, including preparation of specifications, tender documentation, and construction-stage deliverables.

Presentation & Visualization

Produce High-quality 2D And 3D Presentations, BIM Models, Rendered Views, And Conceptual Sketches To Effectively Communicate Design Intent And Support Client Presentations. Software Proficiency

Construction Knowledge

Possess sound technical understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and detailing practices to support design development and coordination.

Standards & Regulations

Exhibit strong knowledge of applicable building codes, regulations, and international standards, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
