Job summary

Neovia Logistics in Bangalore is seeking an Accounting Supervisor Revenue & Billing to lead a night-shift team supporting Americas billing operations. You will ensure accurate invoicing, maintain financial controls, and drive process compliance across the revenue cycle.

The role focuses on supervising and developing the Revenue Accounting team, overseeing billing, reviewing transactions, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to resolve issues and optimize performance during US business

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and develop Revenue Accounting team members.
• Oversee billing activities to ensure invoices are issued accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with revenue, billing, and accounting policies.
• Review and approve billing transactions, journal entries, and related documentation.
• Monitor team productivity, workload balancing, and service levels.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and support automation efforts.
• Support implementation of new client start-ups and billing transitions.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, FP&A, and Finance leadership on revenue-related matters.
• Manage reporting requirements, forecasting support, GAP reviews, and issue escalations.
• Coach employees, develop succession plans, and foster professional growth within the team.

Position Summary

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for leading a team supporting Americas based billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, maintaining financial controls, driving process compliance, and developing team members. This position provides leadership during Bangalore third shift hours aligned to U.S. business operations and acts as a key escalation point for billing, revenue, and client-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
