Job summary

Dhiya Couture, a luxury couture house rooted in Rajputi heritage, is seeking a Billing & POS Executive for our flagship store in Jaipur. This on-site role focuses on seamless checkout operations, accurate transaction processing, and precise CRM data entry to support a premium client experience.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of retail billing experience, familiarity with modern POS systems, and strong numerical accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Cashier, POS Specialist, or Billing Executive in retail (luxury or premium apparel preferred).
• Hands-on experience with modern retail POS systems, basic accounting software, MS Excel, and CRM entry.
• Excellent numerical accuracy, trustworthy, courteous communication, and efficient under peak store traffic.

Responsibilities

• POS & Transaction Management: Execute smooth cashiering, generate invoices, and handle multiple payment channels accurately using the POS system.
• CRM Data Capture: Record and update detailed client information during checkout to build and maintain the brand’s HNW customer database.
• Billing Reconciliation: Maintain accurate daily sales registers, process custom booking advances, and perform end-of-day billing reconciliations with boutique management.
• Customer Interaction: Deliver a warm, courteous, and prompt final interaction at the billing desk to leave a positive lasting impression.
