Job summary

Mangatrai Darpan Jewellers in Punjagutta, HYD, seeks a detail-oriented Billing Executive for our showroom to manage high-value transactions and ensure accurate invoicing.

You will apply market rates, handle various payment modes, and ensure all regulatory documentation is compliant, while delivering excellent customer service in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Jewellery/Retail billing.
• Knowledge of GST and jewellery billing processes.
• Proficient in billing software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle accurate billing for pearls, gold and diamond jewellery.
• Generate invoices using POS/jewellery billing software.
• Calculate weight, making charges, wastage, GST, and discounts.
• Manage cash, card, UPI, and online transactions.
• Maintain and report daily sales and billing reports.
• Coordinate with sales team for smooth checkout.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and alteration billing per policy.
• Ensure error-free entries related to billing and stock movement.
• Assist customers with billing-related queries.

Timings : 10 am - 09pm (male) / A shift (10-8), B Shift (11-9) - female

You will be the final point of contact for our customers, ensuring that high-value purchases are invoiced accurately, market rates are applied correctly, and all financial documentation meets regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle accurate billing for Pearls, gold and diamond, jewellery

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Billing Executive (Jewellery/Retail preferred)
• Good knowledge of jewellery billing, GST, and POS systems
• Computer skills (billing software, MS Excel)
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Polite, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude
• Must be able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• A professional, well-groomed appearance is required for our luxury showroom environment.
