Job summary

Dishha Staffing Services in Navi Mumbai seeks a Billing Head with 7+ years of hospital billing experience to oversee OPD, IPD, Emergency, and Corporate billing. You will ensure accurate, timely invoicing in line with hospital policies and insurance guidelines, while managing TPA/insurance/corporate/cash processes and driving revenue integrity.

You will lead a billing team, coordinate with clinical, finance, and front office teams, and ensure NABH compliance and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hospital billing operations across OPD, IPD, Emergency, and Corporate channels.
• Knowledge of TPA, insurance, corporate, and cash billing processes.
• Familiarity with NABH standards and hospital information systems (HIS).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to lead a billing team.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and hospital billing software.
• Experience in a reputed Multi Speciality Hospital is mandatory.
