• Responsible to design, implement and refine systems to manage processes and to optimize performance.
• Responsible to develop innovative ideas break through advancements and innovative solutions to problems
• Should be aware of all the Corporate Tariffs as agreed and ensure an error free billing from our end
• Should be able to prepare a complete billing kit and transfer the same to the submissions department as per the TAT
• Responsible to have regular interaction with consultants in regard to the bills and their payments.
• Responsible to coordinate and maintain good relations with corporate clients, patients, doctors, and public.
• Responsible to provide necessary inputs to the HR in manpower planning for the billing dept.
• Responsible for recruitment and performance evaluation of the personnel
• Responsible for identifying training needs of employees working in the department
• Responsible for imparting technical training for the employees working in the department
