Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Billing Executive (Warehouse) responsible for handling billing operations, ERP-based order processing, inventory coordination, and MIS reporting in a fast-paced FMCG warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process GT/B2B orders in ERP system
• Handle GT/MT invoicing and MT appointment follow-ups
• Manage warehouse operations support and customer service coordination
• Ensure inventory management with FIFO/LIFO and 5S practices
• Prepare and submit daily MIS reports to Head Office
• Plan delivery appointments and scheduling of shipments
• Coordinate vehicle placement for local and scheduled deliveries
• Work closely with cross-functional departments for smooth operations
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and work ethics in operations

Required Skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse billing and FMCG operations
• Understanding of FIFO, LIFO, and 5S practices
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing operations
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently
