Role Description

The Billing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The Billing Executive will be responsible for preparing and processing invoices, verifying billing data, and ensuring accuracy in customer and vendor accounts. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing discrepancies, updating financial records, and maintaining organized documentation. The role also involves monitoring payment status, following up on outstanding bills, and supporting finance and accounting teams with reports and reconciliations. The Billing Executive is expected to adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements while contributing to efficient, reliable billing operations.
