Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer bills and invoices accurately.
• Handle counter billing and payments (cash/card/UPI).
• Enter sales and billing details into the system.
• Generate quotations, invoices, credit notes, and other billing documents.
• Coordinate with sales and store/godown for product availability.
• Verify product quantity, rates, discounts and GST before billing.
• Maintain daily billing and payment records.
• Handle customer queries related to billing, prices, and products.
• Maintain invoices and receipts documentation.
• Coordinate with Accounts for payment reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of daily billing transactions.
