Job summary

Konbil Baner Project Llp is seeking a Billing & Estimation Engineer to handle cost estimation, BOQ, and costing for diverse infrastructure projects in Pune. The role involves procurement coordination, budgeting, rate analysis, and ensuring quality in billing and contracts.

The candidate should hold B.Tech/B.E. or diploma in civil engineering with practical exposure to estimation, costing and billing processes in construction. The position is based on-site in Pune."

Qualifications

• UG/PG qualifications in Civil engineering are required.
• Experience in cost estimation, rate analysis and billing is preferred.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and vendor quotations is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for projects and prepare detailed bills of quantities.
• Conduct rate analysis and cost control to meet budget targets.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations and ensure timely procurement.
• Assist in budgeting, cost tracking and financial reporting for contracts.
• Ensure quality compliance and documentation for billing and contracts.
• Support senior engineers in estimation, costing and billing activities.
