Job summary

Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) is seeking an experienced professional to handle subcontractor RA bills and final bills for metro rail projects. The role requires verification of quantities, joint measurements with site engineers, and meticulous billing reconciliation.

The candidate should be proficient in Excel and AutoCAD, with a BE/B.Tech in Civil and at least 5 years of Metro Rail project experience.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil with 5+ years Metro Rail project experience.
• Experience in subcontractor billing and client billing.
• Knowledge of RA Bills, Final Bills, MB and reconciliation.

• Prepare and process subcontractor RA bills and final bills.
• Verify executed quantities from drawings, BOQ, and site measurements.
• Coordinate with site engineers for joint measurement and work verification.
• Check bills as per work orders, contract rates, and approved variations.
• Prepare measurement sheets, abstracts, and billing summaries.
• Reconcile quantities, materials, advances, recoveries, and retention amounts.
• Process extra items, deviation statements, and rate analysis for non-BOQ work.
• Maintain billing registers, work order records, and supporting documentation.
