Job summary

Mace is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to support cost planning, estimating and feasibility studies for Mumbai projects. You will assist procurement activities, contract administration and documentation, and oversee valuations, variations and final accounts to ensure value and compliance.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related discipline; working towards professional accreditation.

• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills with digital proficiency.
• Understanding of sustainability, social value, carbon reduction and industry best practice.
