• Bill Scrutiny & Verification: Inspect, audit, and verify contractor invoices, work orders, and contract agreements for accuracy.
• Site & Drawing Inspection: Perform site inspections to cross-reference ongoing work and measurements against technical drawings and contractual terms.
• Financial Adjustments & Documentation: Issue debit notes, manage bill corrections, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain comprehensive project records.
• ERP & Inter-Departmental Workflow: Log billing entries into the ERP system and route approved invoices to appropriate departments for processing and payment.
