Job summary

Global Builders & General Order Supplier is seeking an experienced Planning, Billing & Estimation Engineer for civil projects in Odisha. You will manage project planning, quantify costs, billing cycles and cost analysis to ensure timely, cost-effective execution.

The role requires strong skills in MS Project, Tally, and MS Office, with 5+ years of relevant experience. You will coordinate with site engineers, project managers and clients, and ensure proper documentation of all bills and MIS

Qualifications

• B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant planning, billing and estimation experience.
• Experience with MS Project, Tally and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
• Handle client billing, subcontractor billing, and RA bills.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
• Prepare material requirement statements and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients.
• Verify measurements and quantities at project sites.
• Maintain project documentation and billing records.
• Prepare MIS reports and project cost statements.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Qualification must be from the Civil Engineering branch.
