Job summary

Chandigarh University invites applications for a Civil Billing Specialist to manage client, contractor and subcontractor billing, prepare BOQs, and estimate costs for construction projects.

You will ensure timely invoicing, maintain accurate financial records, and collaborate with project teams to resolve billing discrepancies, while applying IS/IFRS standards. A 4–9 year track record in civil engineering billing and a Civil degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-9 years of experience in civil engineering with expertise in billings, BOQ preparation, estimation, and quantity surveying.
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of Indian standards (IS), IFRS, and other relevant regulations governing the engineering industry.
