Job summary

Sulaksham Projects is seeking a Civil/Electrical/Interior QS professional to support costing, measurement, and billing on site. You will perform quantity take-offs from drawings, prepare rate analyses and quotations, and generate MBs and bills for submission to PMC/Client.

The ideal candidate has interior fit-out experience, strong MS Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluent English communication to coordinate with vendors and clients. The role is rooted in site activities and tendering processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or architecture.
• Experience in interior fit-out/interior projects.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Calculate quantities from drawings and prepare rate analysis and quotations.
• Take measurements at site and prepare MBs and bills.
• Get bills checked and verified by PMC/Client.
• Check and verify bills/invoices of subcontractors and vendors.
• Reconcile quantities as per billing and purchase records.
• Be well-versed with tendering documentation and processes.
