Job summary

Structcon Enterprise is seeking a diligent Civil Engineering professional to manage design inflows/outflows, track deliverables, and align billing with work orders.

The role requires accurate record-keeping of manhours for rework, timely invoicing, and communicating delivery dates and payment follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth cash flow. Experience in civil design management and familiarity with change orders will be valued.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering with experience in project planning, delivery and billing.
• Knowledge of CAD handling for understanding inputs, changes and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of design inflows/outflows, submissions of design documents and drawings.
• Track manhours of rework and raise running and final bills in time to maintain cash flow.
• Coordinate with client on delivery dates and payment persuasion.

Role & responsibilities

The candidate shall have to keep records of all job inflows of design engineering and outflows (submission of design documents and drawings) , understand deliverables and billing sequence mentioned in work order , note any change of input from the client , keep a record of manhours of rework and raise bills , running and final , in appropriate time to maintain proper cash flow in the company. He/She has to take all calls from the client regarding dates of deliveries and payment persuation.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech in Civil Engineering having experience in managing project planning , delivery and billing. Must have knowledge in cad handling required for understanding and comparing inputs and noting changes.
