We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Manager/ Sr. Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of incentive-related work, including state and central incentive schemes. This role requires a strong understanding of government policies, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Policy Management:

• Keep track of all active state and central incentive schemes.
• Stay updated with changes in policies and regulations related to incentives.

2. Client Engagement:

• Collate a comprehensive list of clients sector-wise.
• Analyze incentive applicability for clients and provide recommendations.
• Prepare proposals for clients, offering end-to-end assistance in various incentive schemes.

3. Presentation and Training:

• Prepare presentations outlining the details of incentive schemes.
• Conduct training sessions for internal staff and higher forums on incentive schemes.

4. Proposal Preparation and Submission:

• Assist clients in the conceptualization phase of incentive optimization.
• Prepare and submit approval and disbursement applications on behalf of clients.

5. Project Coordination:

• Coordinate with project management agencies to ensure smooth implementation of incentive schemes.
• Maintain relationships with concerned authorities in state and central ministries.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master in Business Administration or Chartered Accountant or any other relevant degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in incentive management, government relations, or a related field for Sr. Associate and 5+ for Manager.
• Strong understanding of state and central incentive schemes and policies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

While the team is based at Pune, the candidate may work out of any location in India where the firm has its office.
